CCP-NTH Community Collaboration & Exchange Fund
CCP-NTH offers funding of up to £3,000 per applicant per event to support collaborative national and international activities in computational thermal hydraulics.
This funding is open to applicants from academia and research institutions.
What the funding supports
- Incoming international visits: hosting overseas experts for collaboration, discussions, and lectures.
- Outgoing visits: visiting leading international research centres and laboratories.
- UK-based exchanges: collaboration between UK academia and industry.
- Participation in events: conferences, workshops, and forums aligned with CCP-NTH objectives.
- Technical meetings/workshops: cross-institution collaboration events.
Who can apply
Applications are welcomed from postdoctoral researchers, research technical professionals (RTPs), including research software engineers, and academic staff from universities and research institutes.
For international visitors, applications must be submitted by the UK host. PhD students may apply with supervisor support.
Application and process
Applications are accepted on a rolling basis, subject to available funds. No expenses should be incurred before approval.
All costs must comply with UKRI travel and subsistence policies.
After completion, recipients may be asked to support dissemination through case studies, news articles, or outreach.
